Oval screen
Elliptical screen is a vibrating screen with elliptical motion trajectory, which has the advantages of high efficiency, high screening accuracy and wide range of suitability. Compared with ordinary sieve machine of the same specification, it has larger processing capacity and higher sieving efficiency. It is suitable for solvent and cold sintered ore screening in metallurgical industry, ore grading in mining industry, grading and dewatering and desintering operations in coal industry. It is an ideal replacement for existing large vibrating screen and foreign introduced products. Screening principle: the power is transmitted from the motor to the active shaft of the exciter through the triangle belt, gear vibrator (speed ratio of 1), to achieve the same speed rotation of the three shafts, generating excitation force, the exciter and the screen box high strength bolt connection, producing elliptical motion. Materials on the screen surface with the screen machine high-speed elliptical movement, rapid layering, through the screen, forward, and finally complete the classification of materials.

Dilute oil vibrating screen has large processing capacity and high screening efficiency; the vibrator adopts bearing dilute oil lubrication and external block eccentric structure. It has the characteristics of high excitation force, low bearing load, low temperature and low noise (bearing temperature rise is less than 35°); the vibrator is disassembled as a whole, easy to maintain and replace, which greatly shortens the maintenance cycle (only 1~2 hours to replace the vibrator); the side plate of the screen machine is made of whole plate cold, no welding, high strength and long service life. The connection between the crossbeam and the side plate is made of high strength bolts with no welding, and the crossbeam is easy to replace; the sieve machine adopts rubber spring vibration damping, which has the advantages of small noise, long life, smooth over the common vibration area, and small dynamic load of each pivot point of the sieve machine compared with metal spring; the motor and exciter connection adopts flexible coupling, which has the advantages of long life and small impact on the motor.
