1、One-way flow type: Rotary joints are installed at both ends of the drum, and fluid enters from one end and exits from the other, without using the inner pipe.
2、One-way flow type: A rotary joint is installed at one end of the drum, and fluid is introduced and discharged at this end at the same time, and the inner tube is stationary in relation to the rotation of the drum.
3、Bidirectional flow type (fixed inner tube): different from the previous one in that the drum is equipped with a different type of siphon tube to discharge condensate, this type is mostly used for steam type.
4、Two-way flow type (inner tube rotation): This type is used for the inner tube and the drum is fixed together and synchronized with the structure of the drum, in this case, the fluid has the inner tube into, and the outer tube out.
5、Two-way flow type (inner tube rotating): The inner tube is equipped with a siphon that runs synchronously with the drum to discharge the condensate.
1、The rotary joints should avoid bumping and dropping during handling and storage to avoid damaging the interface and internal parts.
2、Installation should be concentric as much as possible to ensure good operation of the rotary joints.
3、When installing rotary joints with threaded connections, attention should be paid to whether the threads of the inner and outer pipes correspond to the direction of rotation of the drum, and the threads of the inner and outer pipes should also be rotated in the same direction.
4、The connection between rotary joints and pipes must be connected by hoses, and rigid connection is absolutely prohibited.
5、The inlet and outlet of the rotary joint should be directly connected to the hose as far as possible. To reduce the auxiliary weight of the joint and prolong the service life.
6、The assembly of the inner tube, pay attention to the size and weight of the auxiliary support. It is recommended to use the tolerance fit of H8/e7 for the inner tube and the joint of the internal rotary joint.
7、The support and stop rotation of rotary joints should be appropriate. Generally the diameter of the rod should be 2mm smaller than the stop rotation hole, so as not to affect the free adjustment and compensation of rotary joints.
Various connection methods for connecting rotary joints to equipment (customers can set different types of connection methods according to the specific structure of the equipment used)
1. Keep the rotary joint drum and the inside of the pipe clean. Special attention should be paid to new equipment, and filters should be added if necessary to avoid abnormal wear and tear on the rotary joints caused by foreign objects.
2、Since the machine is not used for a long time, it may cause scale and rust inside the rotary joint, so please pay attention to the occurrence of jamming or dripping when it is used again.
3、If there is an oiling device, please fill the oil regularly to ensure the reliability of the bearings of the rotary joints.
4、The rotary joints of fluid media should be gradually warmed up to avoid rapid temperature change.
5、Check the wear condition and thickness change of the sealing surface (normal wear is 5--10mm); observe the friction track of the sealing surface to see if there are problems such as three--point interruption or scratching, etc. If there is a condition of the above, it should be replaced immediately.
6, rotary joints should be taken lightly, strictly prohibited by the impact, so as not to lose joint components.
7、It is strictly forbidden to enter the inside of the rotary joint.
8、The rotary joint should not be idle for a long time.
Cause 1: Concentricity of hollow shaft and rotating body is not enough. Countermeasure: Check the size and precision, and adjust the fixed connection with the rotating body.
Cause 2: Low precision of the mating machine (end face straightness, large radial and axial clearance) and large vibration. Countermeasures: Find the cause and repair the assembling equipment.
Cause 3: slurry, dirt and other foreign matter into the friction contact surface. Countermeasures: Add a filter or dirt remover, and modify the type of rotary joint.
Reason 4: The pressure, temperature and speed are beyond the range of the rotary joint. Countermeasure: Study the operating conditions, ask the research unit or manufacturer, and change the type of rotary joint.
